Hello Friends,
We all are over occupied and busy all the time checking new postings on walls and emails in our mail boxes. Blackberry and iPhone users (android too) are additional creatures who don’t even miss a single second surfing internet. This thing is spreading across the globe like a disease. Sometimes we totally forget that we should more belong to real world more than what be belong to the virtual one. Here is a 12 step Recovery Program that I found on internet. Spread it to all your internet and Facebook edict friends…..The only way to stop diseases is to spread its solution…
12 easy steps to recover from the Internet & FB syndrome
- Have a cup of coffee in the morning and read newspapers like you used to before the Internet.
- Eat breakfast with a knife and fork and not with one hand typing.
- Get dressed before noon.
- Make an attempt to clean the house, wash clothes, and plan dinner before even thinking of the Internet.
- Sit down and write a letter to those unfortunate few friends and family members who are Internet-deprived.
- Call someone on the phone whom you cannot contact via the Internet.
- Read a book… if you still remember how.
- Listen to people around you and their needs and stop telling them to turn the TV down so you can hear the music on the Internet.
- Don’t be tempted during TV commercials to check for email.
- Get out of the house at least once a week……even if it is necessary or not.
- Remember, your bank does not forgive if you forgot to balance your accounts just because you were was too busy on the Internet.
- Last but not least….Always remember, that you must go to bed sometime… because “the Internet will always be there tomorrow!”
